"The staff at Willey's Marine are both knowledgeable and very friendly. I just purchased a new ski boat from them. They helped me find the right boat for me and my skiing needs. They also made the entire process very stress free and were able to get me the most boat for my budget. I never felt pressured in my purchase. In fact, quite the opposite. At Willey's I felt like I was working with a good friend who gave me honest feedback and sensible advice. I have since brought in a four wheeler for some maintenance and bought several ski items for my new boat. The crew in the maintenance department performed the work quickly and correctly the first time. Justin and Dave handled my add on needs for my boat, and got me the right equipment and accesories that I needed. I have to say that I will be bringing all my business to Willey's and as always look forward to seeing the staff and having a cup of coffee with them.

"I have been nothing but thoroughly impressed with Willey's. I originally found them on the internet while doing a search on a specific boat. I dealt mainly with Justin in sales who didn't waste my time with haggling. His price was very compelling and he was very responsive to the numerous questions I had. I have also dealt with Jerry and Dave on the phone on other issues and they have been very professional.
At first, I was hesitant to go with a dealer far from the metro cities but I am glad that I overcame that fear. Justin and Jerry reassured me that they would be there if any issues popped up. Well, a recent issue popped, and they were there helping me. Dave in service was very responsive and they took care of me.
I highly recommend them on both price and service. When I shopped around, I wasted many days with other dealers trying to find what I was looking for at the right price. Willey's provided exactly what I was looking for. At first, I was skeptical that I would be on the water this year but Willey's made my dream come through. Undoubtedly, I will be making any future purchases through them and I highly recommend Willey's."

"I recently purchased a used snowmobile from Willey’s Marine in McGregor, MN and I must say A++ for Willey’s from beginning to end! From the first contact with Jerry about trading in my ATV for a snowmobile, to delivery of the snowmobile I was handled with courteous, prompt and nothing-less-than perfect service! Matt made picking out the proper gear a breeze and made sure I had everything I would need for a safe and enjoyable experience on the sled! Manson walked me thru all the basics of the machine which was very much appreciated! I would recommend Willey’s Marine to anyone! When it comes to customer service I have yet come across another business that would match theirs!

"We have used Willey's for several years for all of our service needs from boating to ATV's. They have always came through for us like last year on the 4th of July. We had over 30 members of my wife's family to the lake for the week and our boat went down. We went into the store with little hope of repairing the boat to salvage the week. Once inside Willey's they made us again feel like one of their family, they jumped on the phone and started calling around to find the parts needed to fix our boat. 1 1/2 days later the part showed up and the boat was fixed. On busy weekend that most people would have just told us that we would have to wait until after the holiday, Willey's stepped up and delivered some old fashioned customer service. I would recommend them highly to all who need service or just some great advise."

Only request would be to hold an upcomming Safety Training course at Willeys as I don't have a trailer and the time to go to Cloquet, Brainerd, Hill City as well as I would think you would not want to send your customers to these other dealers.
