We are up to date with all of the special tools and diagnostic equipment necessary to quickly and properly repair your equipment. Do you ship parts? Yes, we ship parts anywhere in the continental US, every day that we have a load for UPS. |

| Who takes care of registering or titling my new boat, ATV, trailer, or snowmobile? We will handle all of the registration paperwork for you. At the time you purchase your product, a temporary permit will be included in your packet of information. This typically provides sufficient time for the registrations to come back to Willey's from the state, and we then mail them to you with your thank you letter. |

When can I get my boat out of storage? We can have your boat ready for you any time after the 20th of April, with at least ten days notice.
Can I get it cheaper in the cities? Not usually. We are very price-competitive and work with our pricing to compete with the largest volume dealers. In some cases, such as for Floe International (builder of aluminum trailers, and dock & boat lift systems), we are the manufacturer's largest dealer. However, our number one concern is not price, but rather customer service and satisfaction. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. |

| Do we offer financing? Yes. We have financing options for most of our products, both used and new. Often, your loan can be approved within minutes, particularly for Polaris and Arctic Cat, which have an on-line application process. To make completing the application even easier, be prepared to provide some basic information for yourself (and co-applicant, if any). Typical information would include social security numbers, incomes, mortgage payment amounts, number of years at current employment and years of residence at current address, and the name and phone number of a bank reference. Your insurance agent's name, company, and telephone number may also be needed. Many finance companies request photocopies of all applicant's driver's licenses, so please bring your licenses with you. |
